Our Villa Paradise is located in the southeast of Cape Coral, south of Pine Island Road. Nearby you can find many restaurants and stores. A Walmart and a Publix are right around the corner. Despite the centricity of this estate, it is located in a very quiet neighborhood. One of the largest and widest salt water canals is located right behind the house and the view is simply breathtaking.
With 1,950sqft and 3 bedrooms/ 2 bath, this estate offers enough room to enjoy a relaxing vacation in the Sunshine State, even if family or friends are joining you.
The estate was fully renovated in 2006.

The house feautures phone, wireless high speed internet, a computer, and cable TV ( pay-per-view is available ), as well as a dolby surround sound system and a DVD player to enjoy a nice movie night after a long day at the beach.
The modern kitchen is fully epuipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge with icemaker, coffee machine, toaster, blender, a full set of dishes, and a stove/oven. Washer and dryer are located in a large laundry room.
The living room is spaceous and decorated in a modern Bahama Style.
The master suite has a private access bathroom, which is equipped with a „his and her“ sink, as well as a large walk-in shower with multiple shower heads.
