Take a vacation like no other in our beautiful Villa Everglades, which is located in the southwest of Cape Coral. It received its name due to the breathtaking, unobstructed view of a nature’s preserve that you can enjoy from the pool patio, two balconies on the second floor, as well as a sundeck, located on the third floor. The Gulf of Mexico, along with its’ countless islands (Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, etc.) can be accessed via the canal, located directly behind the house. Even for someone familiar to this area, this quiet, but central Gulf Access location of Cape Coral is something extraordinary. Cape Coral Beach and the Yacht Club are only a quick car ride away, as well as shopping, restaurants, and countless 18-hole championship Golf Courses.

This luxurious three-story estate was built in 2006. New furniture was bought in 2011 to create a comfortable, high-end furnished home for all your vacation needs.
The ground floor consists of a spacious living room, a grand kitchen, a laundry room, a dining room, an office/reading room, as well as one of the two master suites.
The large, open living area leads to the pool area where you can enjoy yourself in the pool, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy a good book on one of the comfortable lounge chairs while sun tanning in the warm Florida sun. The stainless steel outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with a propane grill, fridge, sink, and bar. It is a great place to enjoy a savory Florida BBQ, leisurely cocktails and refreshments, as well as the serene wildlife/preserve views with friends and family.

Located in the foyer, a beautiful hardwood staircase leads to the second floor where you can find the second master suite and three additional bedrooms.

With a total of 5 bedrooms our Villa Everglades provides room for up to 10 persons. Four king size beds and one queen size bed offer generous space for all residents of this luxurious estate. Two of the bedrooms on the second floor benefit from a private balcony that overlook the pool deck, canal, and the beautiful nature’s preserve; the perfect place to enjoy the soothing morning sun, while having breakfast with your loved one.
The master suite on the first floor offers a private bathroom and direct access to the pool deck.
The master suite on the second floor benefits from a private balcony, a private bathroom, and a walk-in closet.
A flat screen TV is provided in every bedroom to give enough privacy for everyone, if needed.
All bathrooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated.
A spiral staircase leads to the sundeck located on the third floor. Here, nothing stands in your way of a relaxing retreat or simply enjoying the views of the wide spreader canal and the nature’s preserve.

Attention Boaters!!!
The wide spreader canal, located directly behind the house, leads to the Gulf of Mexico via the Caloosahatchee (River).
Boat rental is NOT included in the provided Home Rental Fees.
