This villa is an original Michigan-Home in one of the prime locations of Cape Coral. In 2004 the villa has got it`s new aura with “Tropicana-Style” and was completely redecorated from A to Z, modernized and of course totally refurnished.


The pivotal location between Del Prado Boulevard and the river on one hand offers you the ability to reach every relevant shopping mall within the shortest time, and on the other hand you can access the Calosahatchee River by boat in just three minutes. From this spot it takes only 15 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico or to the beautiful beaches of Sanibel Island.
The villa covers 2070 sqft (not including the pool area). It has three bedrooms, two baths, Family Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. There is also a spacious Double Garage with remote control doors.
The bedrooms include one Master Bedroom with an extra large and extra high kingsize bed and two Guest Bedrooms. One Guest Bedroom is equipped with a big kingsize bed, the other contains a big queensize doublebed. Oversized walk-in closets are provided in every bedroom.
The Master Bedroom has a separately attached bathroom, equipped with double sinks, shower and toilet. The two Guest Bedrooms share the second bath with bathtub/shower and toilet. This bath has direct access to the Pool Area.
In the Family Room you will find the comfortable and stylish Couch–Ensemble and the Entertainment Section with large Flatscreen TV (60”) and DVD– surroundsound.
The Dining Room, furnished in Jamaican–Style, gives you a comfortable feeling in coziness and harmony.
