Villa Sunshine is build in May 2002 with a very nice open floor plan. One of our best!
You enjoy a very large living room with a nice kitchen and dining-place. From the nice patio and the pool with Jacuzzi, you have a nice view on water and palm trees. The master suite with king-size bed with private access to the pool and master bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has also a king-size bed with private access to the pool and master bath with walk-in shower, the third bedroom has 2 twin beds and also a bathroom with walk-in shower. Our vacation home is equipped with all amenities and offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for up to 6 people. Cable-TV and DVD in living room.
The home is located in a very good area of Cape Coral on a 80 yard wide canal. Relaxing, fishing, boating, tennis or golf, this is a nice place for your vacation. All restaurants and business in a distance of 2-3 miles. Cape Coral Beach 4 miles, golf and tennis 4 miles, grocery store in a distance
of 2 miles.
