In the back of the home behind the large pool area several more palm trees can be found. The gently sloping area leads down to the boat dock. The home is fully air-conditioned and has a living area of about 2,300 SF. Features include three bedrooms, two baths, a spacious living room, with designer furnishings, an elegant dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer.
